Once you are setup with your new storage unit, here’s some information you’ll need to know.

after hours gate access.

Key to open the gate is inside the lockbox.

You can access your unit 24/7. When the gate is locked late evenings and overnight, you can still access the property. Enter the code (provided in the welcome email) into the lock box which is attached to the fence near the gate at either entrance, open the lock box, remove the key and use it to unlock the gate. IMPORTANT: return the key to the lock box and close the lock box after you have opened the gate. Be sure to lock the gate after you leave.

 

PAY REnt online.

Setup Auto-Pay or pay each month.

Rent is due at the 1st of every month. You can pay your monthly rent right here on our website, click "Pay My Bill" and follow the instructions on the page. Major credit cards and PayPal accepted. We offer auto-pay!

 

your lock.

Bring your own lock.

You need to provide your own lock to your unit. We recommend a lock which is suitable for outdoor use and is tamper proof. We do not have access to your unit. You are solely responsible for who has access to your unit. Only give access to people you trust.

your safety.

Don't store dangerous or perishable items.

For your personal and property safety and the safety of the other tenants, we do not allow the storage of hazardous materials, food or other perishable items. Please refer to your lease for a full list of restrictions.

 

renter’s insurance.

Protect your property with an insurance policy.

We recommend every tenant obtain a renter's insurance policy to insure their property. We make efforts to avoid any occurrences of damage or theft, but ultimately you are responsible for your property.

 

Leaving your unit.

Email or Text us when you are ready to leave.

Shoot us an E-Mail or Text 30 days in advance of the date you wish to vacate your unit. You must remove all property from the unit and leave no damages or trash. Once you have vacated the unit, someone from our team will inspect the unit and verify you do not owe any cleaning fees.

Parking lot.

Please be courteous to others on the property.

Tenants may drive their vehicles directly to the door of their storage unit. Please be aware of other vehicles from tenants or customers of the business located on site. No overnight parking of vehicles outside of your storage unit is allowed.

AUCTION OF ABANDONED UNIT.

If you don't pay rent, we have the right to auction.

When rent has not been paid, the contents of the storage unit are subject to auction per Kentucky Law KRS 359.230. Tenants will be notified in writing of their delinquency and intention to auction. If payment is not made in full, an auction will be held.
